We built Pronto Property Management to handle the full picture of residential and commercial property ownership in Barrie — tenant placement, maintenance coordination, capital projects. Over time, managing 200+ units across Simcoe County meant we were constantly on the ground at properties, overseeing everything from roof repairs to parking lot upkeep.
Lawn care kept coming up. Clients would ask if we could handle it. Their previous companies would miss cuts, show up inconsistently, or disappear after the first invoice. We kept coordinating workarounds — until it made more sense to just do it right ourselves.
That's how Barrie Lawn Mowing & Landscape Services was born. We started taking care of our managed properties' lawns directly, then expanded to serve homeowners and commercial clients across Barrie, Innisfil, Angus, Essa, and Midhurst.
